Dean McCormick MBA, CPA

Dean McCormick, MBA, CPA, is the managing partner of Insight Wealth Strategies. 

He has over 40 years experience in finance and accounting and began his career with Ernst & Young.  He has been Chief Financial Officer for two growth companies that merged with large public companies, and worked for an investment banking affiliate of a venture capital firm. Since 1993 he has served entrepreneurs as their Personal CFO and CPA.

He was chair of the Investment Committee for the Catholic Diocese of Orange and a member of the Financial Council. He has been on the Board of Directors for three public growth companies. He was a founder of the Advisory Board for the Orange County Business Forum at the University of Southern California. He is a past president of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from the University of Redlands, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance in from the University of Southern California. He and his wife Martha are proud parents of four children and thirteen grandchildren. He enjoys running, golf, skiing and body surfing.

 


 

Tony Luppi, CFP®

Tony Luppi, CFP®, is a Wealth Advisor with Insight Wealth Strategies. He was formerly a Vice President with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management where he worked for nearly 13 years.

Originally from Laguna Niguel, California, he received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2008. He is married to Emily McCormick Luppi and they live in Ladera Ranch with their three children. He enjoys family activities, playing golf, and being involved in their church.

Chris McCormick MBA

Christopher McCormick, MBA, is Of Counsel to Insight Wealth Strategies.

Chris McCormick is MIG’s portfolio manager overseeing a portfolio of multifamily, industrial, retail, hotel, medical office/office and land holdings. He is involved with MIG’s strategic planning and has been instrumental in the formation of the firm’s $3.5 billion portfolio. Chris directs MIG’s debt financing efforts and oversees underwriting for all product types. He leads a team of professionals dedicated to acquisition underwriting, due diligence, dispositions, market research, and portfolio management.

Chris received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He held previous positions at the Irvine Company and KBS Realty Advisors.
